Eurotachigrafo’s main need was to manage customer appointments effectively and offer a faster, more personal service.
The garage also needed a database holding every job carried out on its customers’ cars, so it could see the service history of each vehicle along with dates and any recall due for a specific service.

We at Eu Web Agency solved the appointment problem with an online booking system: customers register, open an interactive calendar, check availability and book a slot for any of the services offered.
Once a booking is made, the system automatically sends the customer a confirmation email with the appointment details and availability confirmed, keeping communication between garage and customer clear and timely.
The site also holds an electronic archive that Eurotachigrafo uses to record information about customer vehicles, including key data such as inspection deadlines. That lets the garage track each customer’s specific needs efficiently and make sure work is carried out on time.
