Metag is a brand specialising in the design and manufacture of weaving looms. With a solid global reputation, it offers “Made in Italy” products known for their mechanical quality, sturdiness and reliability.
The company stands out for its attention to detail and its ability to customise machines to meet customer requirements anywhere in the world.
02. Needs
Metag’s main need was worldwide visibility for its products, with agents and sales contacts spread across the globe. It also wanted to give customers real-time access to all the information about their products and materials. A further challenge was creating private spaces inside the site, open only to Metag customers.
03. Solutions
To answer Metag’s brief, we at Eu Web Agency designed a responsive, multilingual website that secures international visibility.
We built an interactive product catalogue into the site, where customers can view every product together with a complete information sheet.
To make product information even easier to reach, we generated a dedicated QR code for each machine. Customers simply scan the code on the product to open the matching product sheet on the website, getting up-to-date information in real time.
The reserved area, open only to registered customers, is a space where Metag machine owners access personalised content such as specific maintenance details for the machine they own — which builds a closer relationship with the company.
